Cacao ceremonies are becoming a popular and regular ritual in certain circles, and it's no surprise! Cacao, the seeds, or beans of a tree that grows in tropical climates (think Mexico and South America ) is a versatile and healthy magical gift from Mother Nature, and when prepared properly, it is delicious!
Rich in iron, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, manganese, and copper, cacao is packed with minerals to support the bodies systems.
Carlie had been developing her daily practice over years, finding gentle ways to engage, enliven, and centre the body, mind, heart and spirit. Incorporating cacao into her daily practice adds an extra level of heart opening, delicious goodness.
Carlie is very excited to be offering a number of sessions. These sessions are a great way to slip out of the race for an hour, recharge, reboot and revitalise before slipping back into all the craziness that life brings.

Join us as we drink specially prepared sacred cacao in a ceremonial setting and guide you through intention setting and sharing combined with gentle yogic-styled movement, breath work, card reading and guided meditation alongside
essential oils, sage and paulo santo to enhance your experience and leave you super chill for your day ahead.
